We are here!!! All is well. We had a small delay in New york due to snow.We had a smooth flight and are well rested. Today we are just getting settled in. Tomorrow afternoon we will go to Demetri's foster home to meet him. We are not sure if we get him tomorrow or not. We are allowed to take video and pictures during our visit. We cant wait to meet him.
The hotel is great! Gus managed to get us a suite. It's fantastic! We have met a few folk who are also here adopting. One couple will connect here and go on to Russia where they are adopting. Another gal we met is here solo and this will be her first child.
I can see Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks from my window. We are going to have a great time here.

ReplyDeleteDunkin donuts and Starbucks??? Sounds like you went across town, not half way around the world. A bit different then when we were all looking for something to eat when we went for Mallory and Emily, that first day in China.

Glad you guys made it safely. We had DD everymorning when we were there. How exciting to get to go to your son's foster home, what an experience that will be. I too can not wait for pictures, enjoy your time in Seoul and with your son.
